Rolly knows he can get big money fighting a rematch with Garcia , which imo isn’t really needed after the first fight
Manny is looking to get a title which would make for some big money fights assuming he holds on to the title and let’s be realistic , if Barrios was to be , imo that makes Rolly an easier rout
