That is another point that makes little sense. On the one hand you guys argue he cherrypicked only easy fights he was sure to win. Yet you also claim fans watched these fights to see him lose. Doesnt equate, which you know.

If they had larger fanbases, why didn’t they do big numbers?

Stop it dude. That buy to see him lose is phony,

So 2 ATG did as much as Baldomir. Shows you’re undervaluing how many fans Floyd has.
I think the idea was that we all hoped it was a cherrypick gone wrong. Though more often than not, Floyd was typically the favorite in most of his matchups so the match wasn't a surprise when the opponent didn't win. I honestly can't say I was ever surprised watching a Floyd match and they all played out the same. Very little drama or crazy drama once in a few years (Zab fight). Just felt like a mediocre career that skyrocketed in the most unlikely way.

A lot of fight fans did want to see him lose. Heck, as early as him picking on Gatti. I remember my at that time trainer saying he wanted to skip an actual fight with one of his fighters to stay home and watch Gatti hoping he would beat Floyd, lol.

Though I'll still say, despite all the money decisions he made fight wise to maximize his purses, you can't help but see him in interviews and he looks like he's got a chip on his shoulder. Angry that he never got the love of the American fans, especially not the way they've embraced Crawford.

            I've been saying that.

            That's why Crawford's my guy.

Also, why I've never been a Floyd fan.

                Lol

Floyd beat Canelo long before Crawford did. A fresh, young Canelo too…not this shopworn old man who loads up on punches and only throws one shot at a time and has had knee and wrist surgeries. And who just added an elbow surgery to that.

That is just ridiculous. You keep making yourself look worse with this garbage. Floyd was favored because he was better. Same way Roy, Ray and other #1 p4p boxers were always favored.

Got it so because one hater felt that way every purchasing fan felt same. Geez dude just give it a rest. He’s just more popular and exciting than you will admit because you don’t like him.

That’s some psycho babble. He has a chip on his shoulder since he was robbed in the Olympics. So? He used that chip to achieve a ATG career.

I guess that is why you hate him so much.

I listed the names from each of the votes.

Its ok. I understand you get mad because Floyd always finishes ahead of Manny.

These men are entitled to their opinions. They are in the minority.

Lie and Hate all you want loser ball gurgling Stan.

Floyd did as much with Baldomir as Morales did with Manny and Manny did with JMM the first time.

                      Numbers don’t lie.
