Who had the biggest weight spread of titles in history?

From their title at the lowest weight they ever won a title in, to the heaviest division they ever won a title in. Who Went from their original weight, to the biggest step up and win a title in history?

Pacman won his 1st title at Flyweight.. his original weight.

Floyd won his 1st title at Welter?

How many divisions did Pacman step up from his original weight to fight Floyd? (what weight did they fight at?)

Pacman won his 1st title at Flyweight (20yo)
Floyd won his first at super feather. (21yo)

To begin their careers, Floyd was 5 divisions bigger than Pacquiao. Yet when they fought, Floyd ran like a coward all night from a former Flyweight champ 5 divisions smaller than himself in a fight many said Floyd lost.

From big names, Pac was 35 lbs (112->147). RJJ was 40 lbs (160->200). Early/mid 20th century fighters fought from MW to HW at times ... but weight disparities weren't full weight divisions at a time.

I'd guess RJJ is at the top, or in very rare company.
