"Listen, Floyd was the greatest in his era, I'm the greatest in my era. Ain't no need to compare me to Floyd or Floyd to me."

He gets a golf clap. Should have been thunderous applause.

The ENTIRE WORLD, not just the sports world, would do good to really listen to what he says right there. Our blood pressure would certainly neutralize.

What irks me about all this is Bud gets an ATG tag at 37 years and only 40 fights. Sure he cleaned out his division. But his record looks more like an inactive fighter than an ATG. Talk about real ATGs, (without looking their records) Robinson had over 100 fights, so did JCC, and most of them had well over at least 60 fights. Beating Canelo doesn't make a fighter an ATG. Canelo is a lazy c@nt.

If Bud beats a Hagler, GGG, or a fighter that is going to push him and demand he actually has to fight, would give him more credibility. Canelo only throws 2 punches. Left rip and right cross. He doesn't even throw many of them!

Bud beating Canelo is a scalp on his tipi. But does not elevate him to ATG status IMO. Beating a peaking, busy, Bivol goes a lot further to establishing him as a generational ATG.

many already considered TBud atg before the Saul fight

        but a lower tier atg

beating another great wide TBud is in a higher tier now top 25 top 30

canelo is a very good win for bud, i think bivol at 175 is a step too far bud started at 135 lol, cant see bivol going to 168 now i dont think with beter and benny to keep him busy

ive always wondered what weight bud was in the ring, i mean do we have any info on what he went from 147 for example, would be interesting to know

            was 170 for Madrimov

            Saul was 180 for Bivol

between then and now Saul might be 185

TBud didn't look that much smaller last night max 10 pounds?

            I go with 175

                TBud wants 160 next

rehydrating 15 pounds standard practice in boxing

I'm sticking with 175 until we have more infos

Bud V Bivol @SM for all Buds belts is another big fight. Bivol has already said he can and will make SM for a fight v Canelo for all Canelos belts. Well, Bud has all those SM belts now. The belts are the motivation for Bivol. Legacy is the motivation for Bud.
