I could never be a fan unless he adds a willingness to fight to his game. Indeed, you cannot win fights without landing punches and Dirrell lands nowhere near enough of them to reliably get decisions when he spends most of the fight on his bike. Despite the general delusion, he actually landed very few more than Froch did. Dirrell needs to take more risks; the right risks.Comment

I have only watched Froch twice live and he doesn't impress in the least (Now his ***** that's another story lol). If he hadn't KO'd Taylor (which is becoming increasingly easier to do) In my opinion he would have lost that fight to me as well. I can't fathom as to how anyone thinks Froch won this fight. Dirrell CLEARLY outlanded Froch who despite being the agressor but was ineffective. He missed a ton of shots and was constantly countered by Dirrell. Even the round Dirrell got deducted a point (questionable timing) Direll hurt Froch to even up that round. Froch and his camp knows he lost this fight as evidenced by his face at the conclusion of the fight and his lame excuses afterward about Dirrell not standing still and letting Froch pound on him. To hear Froch wax poetic about himself you would have thought he put on a boxing clinic. It irks me to no end the way he runs his mouth. Anybody who thinks Froch won please tell me which rounds you had him winning. IComment

Now seriously, Froch lost. And it wasn't even close. Boxing need backup scoring systems, judges are just terrible. It's so bad all Froch has to do is to make sure he cuts weight well enough to be the bigger guy and keep coming forward. That in Europe will grant him any fight. Doesn't matter if he gets outlanded, hurt or even dropped.Comment

Nope. Have you? If so, can you please provide a link to the official punch stats as we would all love to see them. If not, might I suggest a large dose of STFU before you embarass yourself further?Last edited by The_Visitation; 10-20-2009, 02:06 AM.Comment
