Why does boxing insist on having these whiny, nasally New Yawkuz as announcers? Jim Lampley is professional and easy on the ears. He was missed. Kellahman makes the mute button popular. Ugh.

There is 0 chance Canelo would ever be awarded rounds fighting in that manner.
He just jumped up 2 weight classes after fighting once at 154 and you're complaining that he didn't stand and trade with one of the most concussive punchers if this era?

You'd prefer he took punishment that could lead to him dribbling, slurring & struggling to recognise his kids when he retires just because you're unable to appreciate good defence?

I didn't see Bud running. I saw Bud using his superior movement to control distance and avoid getting caught by Canelo's power shots. I also saw him stand and trade with Canelo, even wobble him in spots. I saw him controlling the vast majority of that fight to the extent that Canelo didn't appear to want to be there for the last few rounds.

      I was very entertained.

Boxing is like jazz, the better it is the less people appreciate it, and Terence Crawford is The John Coltrane of the ring.
