Black Americans have a different culture than Africans. Africa first is a continent not a country. I only referring to sports in context to America not globally.

However if you want to make it a global thing. Black Americans have won alot of Olympic gold medals for America against over countries. It was Jesse Owens that went to Naz1 Germany and took home the gold.

true but for example take good sports starts like say sampras and agassi in their sports there parents just came to the states and their sons were standouts in the sport but they could have been born anywhere and been different people, your country of birth is one thing but it really doesnt change who u are or where u actually came from

But I am clearly making a distinction between black americans and immigrants. Foundational black americans, american descendants of slavery or black americans are a home grown ethnic ground that has been in America before the American revolution. I am comparing them to any type of American, foreign born American citizen or home grown and saying overall black americans are the best at American sports and definitely boxing.

You also gotta remember black americans are older than most African countries. When blacks came to America. There was no Nigeria, modern day mali, Ghana, togo, Sudan , Congo and etc. Those new countries borderlands got made during colonialism. Black Americans were already in America for hundreds of year home grown. So black americans country of orgin is America and historically they have stayed in America since the 1600-1700s.
