Canelo and Bud are two very boring guys

As expected the fight week hype has been an awful bore and that's all it will be. Canelo and Bud never say anything remotely interesting or off script. The whole show sounds totally scripted, Big fight, legacy, blah blah blah. No mind games, no psyche warfare. Just two puppets playing their roles in the production. They already know the outcome. Only a sucker will pay to watch this WWF boxing.

TBud was never the sharpest guy when it came to the big fights or talking. How did he hangout at top rank for years and miss out on whooping manny’s ass

Saul is an ESL and out talking him lol

one must engage the media to become the biggest star. That’s what Muhammad Sugar Leonard Mike Oscar Floyd did. TBud often sounds like a pothead his namesake

in Saul’s case he his stardom was manufactured early on due to his special combo of talent and having a unique physical look

in conclusion dont get labeled Bud or risk becoming a dud

You come out with some unusual perspectives, for sure. Fortunately, these days there are combat sports available where contestants just have to shut their eyes and throw arm punches at each other and bleed all over each other to satisfy the blood lust.

TBud has also hurt his case by being a fight one a year alongside his good friend Usyk

Two a year doubles the entertainment value. Naoya Saul Bivol the bigger global names

its better to do the talking in the ring if possible, i do like a grudge match buildup tho with plenty of trash talk, it does add something to the build up and even the fight sometimes with both guys and camps rialled up

there is a lot on the line with this one, the traditional AA v Mexi clash which is the main one in boxing really i think added to the pride of both fighters which is high & buds undefeated status with both guys having quite vocal camps supporting them and thinking they will win, if canelo loses its going to be very embarrassing for him and his fans is all i can say

it isn’t one or the other

you can back it up both outside and inside of the ring

Muhammad Floyd did so many times

a boxer who talks is the rarest

u do get minor bits of tension and slagging if u follow some fights closely with face to face press conferences etc but u have to tune in to it all to get it, most of the time it is a bit lame tho going through the motions but now and then u get guys who just dont like each other and it shows which adds to the fight imo

Pac didn't fight Bud because he knew Arum wanted Bud to win as he was younger with longer financial upside. So Arum used the pawn Horn to rob Pac's titles and forward them to Bud. Canelo being Mexican was his bread and butter, Mexican stars always sell bc there is a big market to tap into in Mexico and also US. Canelo was manufactured and installed into the role, he's a WWF actor with a lot of protection and help from the establishment. Notice how Bud Canelo are basically reading scripts, they say nothing of any interest but a bunch of cliches. Big fight, legacy, trained hard, worked hard, I'm going to win blah blah blah. I'd rather watch old Ali and Joe videos.

Only way Canelo loses is if it's rigged and then he wins the rematch. Bud has no long term earning power and no leverage on Canelo. Canelo has 3-4 more years to milk the suckers.

I miss the real fights. The Tarver vs Roy Jones war of words. Hopkins using mind games and psyche warfare on opponents in all press conferences and interviews. Ali and Joe. McCall yelling at Lennox at the press conference before first fight, "I'm gonna knock you out!" James Toney never disappointed with his super talk. Canelo and Bud are more boring than a pair of mannequins. But the marketing power of the media is why these two dullards will sell this sparring session.
