Rivera needs to develop a killer instinct and a higher gear. He is often boring in fights.

Hope he finally realized that he's not a heavy weight. He has skill but fights like he learned to box in front of a mirror admiring his own moves. Good guy but he's like Abe Nova.. something is missing..

That's a really good comparison. I think that what's missing is the killer instinct , that thing that pushes you to do just a little bit more. I've noticed that in both of these guys and others too over the years. They do just enough to almost win. I don't know if it's fear of success or lack of killer instinct but you're right, there's something missing.

Don't know what they put into this guy's brain to keep demanding big fights. Doesn't he have a real friend to tell him truthfully he is a nobody?

Dude, just stay active and fight the guys on your level. Richard Commey is stil around. There's Sandor Martin, Jamaine Ortiz, Clagget, etc. Even these guys probably would spit you out and don't deserve their attention.
