Boxing is a brutal game and you can get badly damaged. If you look at Joe Joyce, he was a graduate, nice middle class guy, rugger player. He insisted on pursuing a boxing career
and now he’s, TBBH, ****ed. I think Johnny Fisher should get out while he can. It is just too hard. Like they say, you play football and you play cricket but you can’t play boxing.

It was always obvious he had a ceiling but him losing to a seemingly past prime Dave Allen like that was pretty damning. Hes still young enough to potentially come back from it though. Hes fun to watch.
