100%…he’s like a southpaw version of Sheeraz and both guys are roughly the same height and have slender physiques. That fight would be FIREWORKS and a question of who lands first but I don’t think Turki would risk his Riyadh season ambassador against a serious puncher like him.

Aside from the variety and power in his punches, I was really impressed with his in ring confidence as he barely took a back step. Iglesias vs. Mbilli would also be a cracking fight but they share the same promoter so I don’t see them fighting each other soon.

PS: Lmao @ changing your pic from Morrell to him!

What's worse, being a bot, or a casual? I'm not the former, perhaps maybe the latter, lol.

Haha Funny you noticed that. Even I laughed as I did it. No offense to David, he’s still my dude, but his image was up there long enough. Time for a change. Lol

I don’t think anyone is keen on having their fighter run up against Iglesias, especially after that last performance. Shishkin lasted as long as he did because he’s a very tough man. Who wants any of that s hit? As fans we want the great matchups, but these days fighters and their managers are hard to convince. People want to make money — and preferably without getting sent to the hospital in the process. Lol

Pacheco is a solid contender though but definitely not as good as Sheeraz, Mbilli or Iglesias. I think he gets sparked by any one of them.
right uppercut counter to David's left hook to body

hey Buff Guy Yarde has right upper that he used on Artur

If Canelo picked the loser of the bout it affect his brand, but I do highly doubt Canelo would aim for Osleys Iglesias who has proven he can box if he doesn't immediately get the KO/TKO, has sharp hand speed and has likely the longest reach advantage in contrast to every opponent Canelo has faced.

Osleys Iglesias just won every round and stopped Vladimir Shishkin who was a top 5 Super Middleweight, with the Russian having really solid defense and a granite chin but eventually got caught due to fatigue of the accumulated damage. Even as Iglesias as the IBF mandatory now, I would say Canelo would vacate if the IBF organization doesn't pander to the cash cow to maneuver his way around.

Osleys's run looks very solid right now:

Yeah wouldn't want to damage canelos credibility lol. How about don't fight either? Couldn't make a Benavidez fight but a scull fight?

Alvarez saw Scull qualities of not being a big puncher with a low output and vulnerability in the past. Scull also had a belt.

With David, Alvarez always had like a argument that doesn't really hold much weight.

"Only brings 20 pounds" but is willing to fight two light heavyweights and a cruiserweight at a catchweight. He also have no issues bringing up smaller fighters.

"His father/David is rude to me, why would I give him the opportunity" so did Berlanga, Saunders and Plant. There was probably more fighters who talked smack before his move to super middleweight.

"He has accomplished nothing" while Benavidez was a world champion at 168 compared to most of Canelo's opponents in the last 3-4 years, while DB is no HOF, he certainly has done well, a tad more than Smith, Plant and Saunders. Beating Demetrius Andrade, Oleksandr Gvozdyk, Anthony Dirrell, Caleb Plant and David Morrell.

Not saying David has earned the 175 WBC belt by beating the former champion Bivol, who was forced to vacate due to Dmitry turning down the mandatory, but will time will show if David deserves it by defending it against a top light heavyweight veteran in Anthony Yarde.

And thats why it's laughable anyone considers canelo the champ or the man when he clearly forfeited that claim by ducking the clear number 1 guy but then again they made excuses when he cheated. They just don't care

Somebody should inform all these 168 contenders that canelo fights old welterweights nowadays.
