I think we all know that PEDs are rampant and more are probably on the juice than aren't. The most egregious or the most sloppy get caught. The labs will always be ahead of the curve especially when the sanctioning bodies are complicit at some level or another.

The only way to properly address it is 24/7 testing and stringent bans for anyone who pops.
