What fight did you go with the underdog and they won?

Do you have any stories of events where you particular went and rooted with the underdog and they won their match.

At which fight did you root for the underdog and they won?

The only one I could think of is ruiz-joshua. I was rooting and definitely gave him a chance but even when it happened I was still shocked. I mean no way he would of got a fair decision but I also didn't think he'd make him quit.

Irrelevant but I knew McGregor would lose to Diaz and Ronda would lose to holms. Wish i had put some money on it i definitely woulda won some coin.

I was so confident DeGale was overrated and Groves would beat him, that one always comes to the forefront of my mind.

There’s a few I can think of, Hopkins to beat Trinidad, Tarver and Cloud, Garcia to beat Khan and Matthysse, Usyk to beat AJ, Garcia to beat Haney, Fitzgerald to beat Fowler- random I know. I’m sure there’s many more over the decades I’ve watched boxing but those are the ones that stick out.

Rigo-Donaire. Didn't think that someone throwing one big punch at a time could beat Rigo at that time

Bivol-Canelo. Canelo was evolving into the "jab jab jab, hard right hook....jab jab jab, hard right hook, left hand to the body" fighter that we see today. Thought Bivol was going to beat the crap out of Canelo if he used this tactic. Won big, and haven't bet since

I had Sasha KO over DW in their first fight, that won me some decent coin.

2003. Alex Arthur v Michael Gomez. British Super-Featherweight title.

Arthur was being given the big build up by Sky Sports at the time, and for good reason. I just had the sense though that Gomez knew a bit too much and that's how it turned out. Very memorable fight, worth watching.

Melikuziev vs Rosado. I remember rooting for Gabe simply because I like the dude. No problem with Bek, but Rosado was (still is) a warrior who always seemed to come up just short in his biggest fights. But the way he just flattened a careless Melikuziev made my heart sputter.
