First, I think we can agree that if Bakhram doesn't have the IBF belt NOBODY is going to fight him because that's an undeniable reality. Second, Bakhram was pressing for a fight that Oscar himself said he didn't want....again, a matter of record, indisputable.

Oscar made an offer to Bakhram with a built in condition that Oscar knew full well the IBF would reject, 100% guaranteed rejection. If Bakhram takes the fight would be guarantee only one thing and one only , no belt. Win or lose Bakharm would not have a championship belt and everyone including Oscar know that Bakhram can't get a fight without a belt.
