Brilliant idea, let's further dilute an already weak division by creating an 'interim' for CBS for beating a guy who's never had a 12 round fight scheduled. Guess his promoter wants to position him for an email belt when Ramirez inevitably vacates because no one will put up the money to see that mismatch again.

Opetaia - CBS is the fight while Ramirez is injured. But of course the IBF want Opetaia to fight a 40 year old whose last fight was an 8-rounder.
