Not accurate! A boxer is ALL Francis Ngannou is. The Wrestling, Submission Grappling and Kickboxing/Muay Thai that he possess is that of a non-fighter student.
He knows just enough of those three ranges to employ his Boxing under MMA rules. And he does that with Devistating effect. Learn about him.

There is no question in my mind that Francis would leave in an ambulance.

      Not a good fight.
joshua 50% ko rate against top 10 opponents

wilder 25% ko rate agaisnt top 10 opponents

joshua ko'd twice against much better opposition

Ehh, to be fair, Wilder got stopped by fighters that were 40-70 pounds heavier. Zhang is the same height, and Fury is taller. AJ got stopped by DDD, who was slightly lighter, and by Ruiz who was heavier than him. But AJ is taller than both.

Zhang is the best puncher out of all of them. Not trying to say Wilder is good or anything (he sucks), but you have to add some context lol

I would argue that Wilder has a better chin and is tougher mentally than AJ. He takes much more flush shots because he sucks.

I would expect Wilder to punch a hole through Francis's head, because Francis also sucks. But I don't really care if it goes the other way either lol Wilder is certifiably washed AF

So Ngannou is now an expert in boxing YET you call him a “bum”. Which is which? He’s either a bum or a boxer.

Or or or, perhaps you just don’t like him. That would make more sense.

He only had about a year of boxing training before he walked into an MMA gym. You are being ridiculous.

When did I call Francis Ngannou a bum? You might be thinking of another poster I guess.

He is FAR from a "bum".

Don't even try. Fernand Lopez (MMA Factory), Eric Nicksick and Dewey Cooper (Xtreme Couture) have, from day one been meticulously building around Ngannou’s boxing base; and avoiding the rookie mistake of trying to turn him into a grappler or Muay Thai fighter. Anyone who knows any of them understands this to be true. Hell, man; watch his fights!

Why doesn't anyone on this board ever want to learn anything? Always poised to argue empty handed.

Three of his first four wins in MMA were via submission and he got them with three different holds (one arm triangle choke, one armbar, and one guillotine choke). And he also had a pro kickboxing fight around the time he turned pro in MMA, there is footage out there. Yes, they built around his boxing base because that's what he had going in. Like every other fighter that started in a single sport (wrestling, karate, judo, BJJ, whatever). But he started training kickboxing, wrestling, and submission grappling after only one year of exclusive boxing training. Boxing is what he's best at but you're vastly underselling his other abilities to push your silly narrative. Get a grip on reality.
