Bivol ducking Benavidez, had a huge weight advantage over Canelo and couldnīt KO him nor hurt him, is afraid to go down or up in weight to prove he can fight at different weight classes. He is good but doesnpt have a better resume than Canelo.

      Bivol should jeet the WBO

no one wants to see Bivol beat up this random euroid

The move from the WBO comes as Bivol remains on the hook to next face IBF mandatory challenger Michael Eifert. The overdue mandatory title defense was on the verge of heading to a purse bid when Bivol suddenly underwent surgery for injuries he claimed he has carried for much of his career.

"You can play hurt. You cannot play injured"- Former great NFL Head Coach Bill Parcells.

If the guy has had back surgery, that is kind of legit. I want to see Beterbiev get a shot at the rubber match, but .... it is his freaking back. A surgery cannot be faked.

He was just fine beating Beterbiev months ago, now ducking the trilogy and Benavidez.

i can prob guess what happened, bivol had his big win earlier this year went off a happy camper, looks like he went on his hols and stayed there, belts in hand, lots of turki cash in bank, hes basically checked out until hes ready to go again, it was actually a very quick turnaround from beter fight 1 to 2 as well, thinking about even tho i dont agree with it, if i was in his position i might have done the same especially if i did have a small back issue and was just not ready for the next one yet, he has fought beterx2 who is a very hard puncher so that would take its toll as well

Artur getting a taste of his own medicine

Artur stalled fighting Bivol to recover from his knee surgery

Doesn’t matter if he has a better resume than Canelo, he beat Canelo’s ass and beat Beterbiev, which is a better win than Canelo has had his entire career. Not ko’ing Canelo doesn’t mean anything either. Bivol is not a ko puncher which is actually why Canelo initially picked him. He also didn’t have a big weight advantage over Canelo. What he did have was a big skill advantage over him.

                  Saul's best no controversy wins

8-4'ing 35 year old Cotto who was undersized for 160

late come from behind ko of 36 year old Kovalev

                  8-4'ing 40 year old Golovkin

Saul's resume is great but his record is misleading

he's in the shallow end of great at the border with the guys who are very good but not great

He wants Biev as old as possible if they do a third fight. He knows Biev wants payback and that Biev will be less cautious and less easy to run from. I can't say I blame him. But he obviously took his sweet time dealing with whatever he has going and is in no hurry to see Artur in the ring anytime soon.

Bivol is boring and feather fisted, seems like a nice guy, but he is a who cares if he is fighting type of fighter. He will never be a draw on his own.
