You literally can not find even a single soul in the universe accusing Margarito of loading gloves or plaster or anything suspi cious related to gloves or wraps or any equipment what so ever. Not Cotto or anyone associated with Cotto, no one in the commission, no one involved in the promotion or HBO. Not a news article, not a video, not a message board post, not a tweet, not even a youtube comment.... NOTHING. Zero suspi cion what so ever

Let's breakdown how Margarito got caught attempting to use loaded gloves vs Mosley. He literally got caught during the first possible procedure. There are multiple procedures before during and after the fight in which loaded gloves would get caught. But somehow people believe Naz im Richardson was the most diligent person in the world and only he could catch it.
