AJ often comes into big fights very tense and tight. He needs to learn to loosen up and relax more.
Take his time and box more in order to set up his punches. There is no need him for him to panic every time he gets hit.

Whoever Anthony Joshua fights next is a 'Big fight, no matter who that is? Even Tony Yoka. Olympic Champion vs Olympic Champion, it does have a good appeal and readymade narrative'.
Daniel Dubois has just been knocked out, and completely dominated by Oleksandr Uysk II again 'Usyk may be a great fighter, but he has never been renowned for his brute strength or punching power'.
It is quite clear now, that skill for skill in the heavyweight Division 'Tyson Fury and Anthony Joshua are still the next best fighters in the division. The 48 rounds of boxing, 24 rounds they each shared with Oleksandr Uysk I & II has proven that'.
You are stating that Anthony Joshua does not deserve to be involved in any big fights 'Joshua since his traumatic loss to Dubois, has disappeared from the media lime light and he has just been training'.
You have woken up today 'To talk about him, when you could have spoken about anything else in the World of boxing. YOU chose Anthony Joshua'.
The reason why you chose to speak about Anthony Joshua 'Is because he is one of the three Heavyweight Mountains of this Heavyweight era. Tyson Fury, Anthony Joshua and Deontay Wilder. Those three heavyweight fighters are the Heavyweight Mountains of this era; ultimately this has been their era. In combination, they all cleared out the entire division'.
Oleksandr Uysk is the man in the moment, and he is a all-time great fighter 'He appeared in the Heavyweight Division, during the latter stages of this era. He did not have to take on all comers, and he jumped straight into fighting the major champions. After of course being pushed right to the line, by a version of Derek Chisora miles outside of his peak'.
If Oleksandr Uysk was to lose his next fight 'I am not so sure, his prestige in the heavyweight division would be able to survive like Fury, Joshua and Wilder. Just look at how quick Daniel Dubois has went from being compared to Evander Holyfield, to receiving heavy criticism for his performance vs Oleksandr Uysk II'.
Anthony Joshua's resume is still only really beaten by ether Oleksandr Uysk or Tyson Fury 'That is it. But overall I personally think Joshua has a greater boxing resume than Fury'.
Note: Yes Anthony Joshua's last performance was his worst ever skill for skill as a professional fighter 'But in terms of courage and determination to win, it was actually a really good performance. It took Daniel Dubois a renowned power puncher, 5 rounds to get a severely concussed and hurt Joshua out of the fight. And for as long as Joshua was in that fight? He was still trying to win, and dangerous. Time and time again, he climbed back up off the canvas and even? After the referee counted Anthony Joshua out for the count of 10 for the first time in his career. Joshua was still fighting and scrambling to get back to his feet'.
Joshua technically fought a very under par, and uncharacteristic fight 'The fight was a anomalistic type event, never before as Anthony Joshua made so many unforced errors and technical mistakes in a professional fight'.
Daniel Dubois vs Anthony Joshua 'had his Any Given Saturday: In reference to the NFL movie: Any Given Sunday: 1999'.
To conclude: I don't think Anthony Joshua is in a catastrophic position in his career; he can still generate opportunities 'There are other heavyweight fighters in a worst state. Tyson Fury has lost his last three fights, and Daniel Dubois at his absolute peak is consistently being brutally beaten. Everyone knows Dubois is a front runner as a fighter at top level in the game. He has achieved a few good stylistic wins here and there, but let's all get this right? He is nowhere near the level of Anthony Joshua as a professional heavyweight fighter and Champion'.
Anthony Joshua is an Olympic Champion, and two times World Heavyweight Champion 'And for the best part of a decade, the entire heavyweight Division was about him, Tyson Fury and Deontay Wilder'.
This is why? When people in the boxing community speak about Fury, Joshua and Wilder 'You must all understand, in terms of historical significance? They are levels above fighters like Joseph Parker, Daniel Dubois, Agit Kabayel or any other top level heavyweights currently'.
Whoever Anthony Joshua fights next is a big fight 'Joshua himself is the primary major influence and factor making it a big fight. Not the other opponent' etc.
