Ortiz's team knows that Virgil may lose the fight with Boots so they are holding out for the most money possible before they lose their O. Boots marketability will go up if he has a big fight with Ortiz and Ortiz's team wants in on the action. Plain and simple. I see this fight as being an 80/20 fight in favor of Boots.
