If Crawford moves up 2 divisions and beats Canelo will it be a better win than Mayweather's 2013 win over Canelo?

    hell no

    PERFORMANCE matters

barely getting by a past prime Saul would be ECLIPSED by Floyd and Bivol shutting down a young Saul

No, he is not coming to lay down like Canelo's previous opponents had who gone into survival mode; Just so they could say they went the distance. However, only time will reveal what both men are made up of and who knows?

Perhaps it's all a pipe dream on my part into believing that Crawford can still pull this off by winning this fight despite the size differential. Roy Jones bulked up 20 pounds of muscle and defeated John "The Quiet Man" Ruiz.

Moreover, Jones spotted him more than 30 lbs on the day of the weigh in too. I can say that Canelo has never been hit by a man like Crawford before who can set up traps and land punches from different angles.

Likewise, I will say that the uppercut will play a very huge factor in Terence winning this fight also.
It is a pipe dream. Come on, bro, Jones vs Ruiz cannot compare to Canelo vs Crawford. Ruiz was one of the weakest HW champions of our time. RJJ was an ATG, who was favored to win that fight 9-5. Canelo and Crawford are both ATGs, but Bud is nearly 38 and coming up three weight classes below Alvarez.

Oh please? Floyd fought a green, and used a cw to make Nelo as docile as possible to make Nel o as less dangerous as possible. Floyd had fought at 154. Buds never fought at 160 even.
Give it up, let this one go, your credibility is at stake here. Just concede that bud has a singular win better than floyd has, but overall you like Floyd's achievements as a whole. There are many fighters with better wins than Floyd's win over nelo. Why is it so bad that bud has too?

first off TBud would have to 9-3 Past Prime Saul to be in the discussion

          Floyd 11-1'd Green Saul
Bivol 10-2'd P4P KING PRIME Saul

Floyd and Bivol fought fresher Sauls

Buds not supposed to best nelo. There's a reason for that. History backs that up. That bud can even win a close fight is a mammoth achievement in itself, let alone try win clear but competitive decision like floyd did.
Just getting a win and having hand raised bud will be pleased even if robbing nelo, bud will take that

sentiment would indicate TBud has a shot

Saul is the favorite but TBud is far from a low hoper

Undercards Paneer Amir was ahead on the cards going into the 6th round where Saul stopped him

              So TBud has a shot

                Absolutely.

Canelo's past his best, but so is Bud & if Bud can go up 2 weight divisions to beat a unified champion in a division he never fought in at 37 years old, it would be a historic victory.

Depends on how he wins. Also depends on how Canelo looks.

Let’s not forget Floyd shut Canelo out. Yes there was a 6-6 scorecard but we all know that was bogus.

If Crawford wins like Floyd did the. We can have a robust discussion imo.

One Fight Was At a Catchweight At 152, The Other Fight is At the Full Weight Limit. Do The Math.
