If Crawford moves up 2 divisions and beats Canelo will it be a better win than Mayweather's 2013 win over Canelo?

Now Terence wants what Mayweather got; The money, accolades, glory and praise. Which is why he is chasing Saul "Canelo" Alvarez. He has to convince boxing fans and boxing experts alike that it is not what you've got but how you use it. He's the underdog and the much smaller man moving up several weight classes with no tune ups.

To prepare for a fight against a naturally wider and stronger man. So the burden of proof is on him to prove to others that he is elite and belongs among the best to have ever done it. A win on Saturday night against Canelo would do just that. It would cement his legacy as an all-time great.
I surely hadn’t thought about it like this.

That’s right and he would be more than happy to oblige him. Let’s cut to the chase or the elephant in the room shall we? The real motivation behind this fight is money.

For both Canelo and Crawford. Remember that they are prizefighters. Canelo is Crawford’s consolation prize for not getting the Manny Pacquiao fight.

In addition, this was a fight that Alvarez never wanted or needed. Turki had to throw a lot of money at Canelo in order for this fight to happen.
