Why on earth does Ryan deserve a title shot coming off a loss and a no-contest and PED suspension?

Ryan's burnt out. In the Rolly fight his coach was doing everything he could to motivate him and Ryan just sat there feeling sad for himself and later had a pity party in the back of an ambulance.
