Racist White people just see anything that pushes back on racism as "anti-White", which says more about you than anything else.

Woke is an English word over 1000 years old. It's the past tense of "wake"

Racism is treating different groups of people differently, because of their inherited characteristics, like skin colour..

The black people you're talking about used "woke" in an idiomatic way that worked for them, in their situation, at that point in time. But time has moved on. Trying to pretend that it hasn't, using critical race theory and identity politics to paint all white people - especially white men - as collectively responsible for things that other white people did before they were even born, is racist.

Obviously, I disagree with you said there, but I'm going to like your comment because of the Leadbelly song. I love Leadbelly, but I hadn't listened to him in years till you posted that. Thanks for reminding me about him!

Bowe fell flat in the amateurs against virtually every Cuban heavyweight he faced. I liked Ridd.ick a lot, but calling him a great heavyweight is a major stretch. Great implies he belongs in the HOF. Beating a blown-up cruiserweight twice gets you in the HOF now?
        Now, you're just lying

The betting odds show you're lying.

There were polls taken of former fighters & journalists & Spence/Crawford was considered too close to call

Those are literally our grandparents generation

They're the one who started using the term, hence why we're using the term

Critical Race Theory has ZERO to do with "woke" & saying it does just shows once again that you don't know what the hell you're talking about

White people are the ones who mischaracterized what "woke" means.

You guys are the ones who control the universities & do all that nonsense.

I don't know any Black person & I'm in a Black city that subscribes to Critical Race Theory.

Put down the Fox News & talk to some actual Black people.

Hell, visit an actual Black community, open your mind, shut your mouth, & learn something.

"Woke" was something we used to remind each other to "stay aware" of our situation.

All that other nonsense is stuff you right-wing clowns use as a boogeyman to justify your racism.

Aha .. I see the mask has slipped. That didn't take long, did it.

You know absolutely nothing about me, other than that - you assume - I am white.

And that's all you need to know. And I'm the racist?

              Ok, mate.

No honest fan or pundit who understands boxing thought Errol had a chance against Bud. My original pick was Crawford in 8 or 9. When I find that old thread, I will get you on it.

BreadMan Edwards said it was 50/50 publicly because he didn't want to offend his fellow trainer, Derrick James.

Having been an Atheist in foxholes , I can attest that Breadman is full of it. It's an old saying , and a dumb one. I find it insulting. That's like saying that Christians change their religion when they are in danger. Nobody, starts believing in something that they think is ridiculous nonsense because they are in danger.
