Yeah. Romero - Pacquiao will probably be next with the WBA announcing in one of their worthless 'resolutions' that Giyasov will fight for an 'interim' belt with the winner guaranteed a shot at Romero - Pacquiao. It will then be quietly shelved as the more marketable fighter is allowed to do what he wants.
