Makhmudov is slower than molasses. Glacially slow.
I suspect that will be the primary reason he loses this fight.

        Both crap.

        Couldn't be less interested.

Would rather Dave Allen fight someone guaranteed to kill him like Itauma or Dubois or someone like that.

I understand the methodology behind this fight 'But I still don't think it is a great fight for Allen at this stage of his career'.

If Dave Allen can beat Arslanbek Makhmudov then? This level of win would legitimately propel him up the rankings on a World level.

And with World Championship belts in the future potentially becoming vacate 'Especially if Oleksandr Uysk starts dropping his belts again at a drop of a hat. It may be a good idea, for most fighters to position themselves as high as possible in the heavyweight rankings'.

Note: Regardless if Dave Allen wins or loses this fight 'He is still ranked very highly at a domestic level within the UK. And he has stated that his main ambition is to win the British Lonsdale title, the most prestigious title in the sport. If Allen is able to achieve such a feat, he will be completely content with his career'.

The current British Lonsdale Heavyweight Champion is David Adeleye 'But his next fight is against Filip Hrgovic. Similarly, if Adeleye wins or loses? He will still be the British Lonsdale Heavyweight Champion. And can still make a big domestic fight against Dave Allen in the near future'.

To conclude: I think Eddie Hearn is taking a big risk with Dave Allen matching him vs Arslanbek Makhmudov but? I think Allen has nothing much to lose. Dave Allen has never been a World Champion, and seems to not really be aiming for the World stage. His main aim is to fight for the British title, and this next fight does not affect those domestic rankings'.

As long as Dave Allen performs well and puts in a good effort 'Competing against Arslanbek Makhmudov will develop him more as a fighter, and gain him more top level experience' etc.

He should fight Hysa. At 40 years old, Nelson Hysa is a knockout reel with legs. It would be fun while it lasted.

No I’m just messing but I do really dislike Dave Allen though.

Interesting fight in the sense either could win.

Allen could win a Joshua sweepstake here. Maybe that's the methodology.

                      F.uck knows.
