Higa is going to obliterate Vargas. Vargas has been dropped in each of his last two fights against much worse fighters who don't hit nearly as hard as Higa.

These Japanese cards are consistently top notch. I got my first taste back when Lionel Rose beat fighting Harada as a kid watching boxing with my father. It also introduced me to Mexican boxer’s a few years later. Ruben Olivaries is still my favorite Mexican boxer. As Harada is still the best Japanese boxer as far as I am concerned.
