So I just watched Pacquiao’s interview with Andre Ward, Pacquiao claims he watched his fight with Floyd from start to finish in slow-motion himself and recounted all the punches landed, and that he believes he won because he threw more punches than Floyd.

I’ve always respected Pacquiao but does he truly believe he won or is he deliberately lying?

I think Floyd would’ve given him an immediate rematch in 2016 if Pacquiao wasn’t being a sore loser about the loss(multiple excuses about his dislocated shoulder), etc. Dude still can’t accept that he didn’t win the fight and somehow he still wants Floyd to grant him a payday. Win or lose, you have to give credit to your opponent, and Manny still can’t let it go.

Who cares? Pacquiao has the mental capacity of a brain damaged nine year old. All he was ever good at was fighting and now he's washed.
