Matt Christie presents all the reasons why the rematch between Oleksandr Usyk and Daniel Dubois is different from fight one yet may still end up going the same way.

My pick is Usyk via KO 10. I think he survives the early stages, pulls Dubois' soul from his body, and ends it.
I would love to see the torch pass tonight because Dubois being the champ stirs things up quite a bit and provides us with a champ that can do some exciting things - look at his last few fights! I just think he relies on his feelings a bit too much and Usyk is a dude that really messes with your feelings in the ring.
Daniel and his team made a great mistake by getting Usyk angry. Usyk would win via a brutal knockout by the 9th round. I think we will see the best of him today. The only chance DDD has is if Usyk sustain a deep cut forcing a stoppage.
I think Usyk wins in 6. But Dubois has a chance. Usyk could suddenly get old and he has come in very heavy which could cause problems for him if he doesn't get the KO.
Really I don't know why Usyk is hanging around? What does he gain from beating Dubois again? Every fight is a risk for a smaller older guy.

There is also a possibility Usyk could win by disqualification. Daniel will try to make it dirty and I think he will throw in a lot of low blows and head butts (like in the hrgovic fight). In a way it is better for Dubois to lose controversially again than to lose outright, so he will take that risk.
Usyk might win even earlier than he did in the first fight.
What will happen when Dubois tries his "I'll bring chaos" strategy in the first three rounds, fails to deliver any results, and is then forced to absorb the punishment Usyk dishes out?
Dubois’ defense relies solely on his legs—nothing more—and he’ll wear down quickly trying to avoid Usyk’s precision. And what will happen to his already fragile confidence when he realizes he's facing the same man who broke him in their first encounter? The fight he never wants to talk about—the one that still haunts him?
He will crumble.
It all comes down to what Usyk chooses: does he want to knock Dubois out midway through the fight, or drag him through a long, painful night?
Usyk by very late stoppage or clear UD. Dubois will run out of ideas at some point. Then what?
Exactly how I see it. DuBois can KO Usyk... but Usyk and his team have always known every HW can. A simple strategy of early round movement and forcing DuBois to exert more energy than he wants will pay all the dividends later. So long as Usyk respects DuBois power I see no other scenario for DuBois to win. I got a dominate UD for Usyk.
