Lewis wouldn't beat him. It's that simple.

When he fought Vitali, Lewis was already older than Ali when he first fought Spinks. We recognize that Ali was old and past it by then, but for Lewis? Nah, he needed to comeback and rematch?! He was old and past it- what does it prove to lose when past your prime?

Also Mike Tyson who was "shot" in his early 20s, Bowe by early 30s, Evander early-mid 30s.

American fighters get excuses made for them and accepted all the time on this site but British fighters allowed no excuses. Ever.

          This line, right here:

“He's definitely in the same group as Muhammad Ali, me, all the great fighters,” he said.

I think Lenny is a tad overrated today. I don't care that he exacted revenge against Oliver McCall and Hasim Rahman. Both stretched him and there should never have been a need for either rematch.

He also underlined something I've never forgotten with his remarks about studying Evander Holyfield and knew he threw a lot of body shots. In their initial match Lewis' protective cup was just about up to his *******. Very obvious. And so many saw fit to overlook in back in 99.

Am I a hater? Only if you can't objectively read into things. And more reading I am about to encourage with a few more observations.

Lennox did all of the heavy lifting that Rid**** Bowe did not. Lennox could box when the moment called for it and at his best he was Just about......just about, as formidable as they come. He did very well to match punches and grit with Lurch Klitschko. It was a great win, and it was a very very gritty WIN.

But I find it telling and worthy of a good smirk that Lenny feels he's shoulder to shoulder with Ali.

I absolutely would pick Lennox against Usyk ... I would pick him against Wilder, Joshua, and Fury as well. Fighters aren't made that way anymore.

I remember seeing Lennox getting outboxed by Ray Mercer and getting a gift.

Lewis is prettywidely recognized as a top 3 ATG with Ali and Louis

Nobody cares about the opinion of some nobody on a forum

So basically your rambling, pointless nonsense is just that.

Lewis was a great fighter. He may have had a slightly weaker chin compared to other all-time greats, but when focused, he could have held his own against any heavyweight.

The only time I really saw him struggle was against Vitali
