Very little demand for that fight and Lara would probably want to get paid.

I have a feeling Adames is just waiting for Janibek to vacate and leave the division. If he were to unify with Lara and win, the pressure from surrounding for an undisputed showdown with Janibek would be too big for him to be able to ignore it and not look like blatant ducking.
