". . . . the rehydration clause limited Eubank in a way that he had not been required to experience before."

As well as being dangerously unsafe.

Eddie only reason benn is one of the biggest names in boxing is due to his father, he got beat a a dead man walking last time, let Eubank make then 160 then say no re-hydration clause come in what you like. We have a failed druggie who got beat last time trying to lay down the rules. Go back to 147 (if you can make that) and get beat again
And being of an old age now from the UK i loved the Benn name but not so now days

I don't think he is trying to get out of the rematch 'He is just aware that? Certain movers and makers in the game, are trying their upmost best to manufacture and win for YOU Conor Benn'.

The reality is, Conor Benn still has not fought in a real fight in his professional career. All of his fights so far on his resume, have been manufactured in way where there is an increased likely-hood that he will win. Even his fights against Chris Eubank Junior, are being fought with a completely unnecessary rehydration clause attached to the fight stipulations'.

Note: Eddie Hearn and matchroom boxing, are trying their upmost best to get a big win on the resume of Conor Benn 'Chris Eubank Junior was not in optimal condition for their first fight, as he was dangerously weight drained. But even while suffering from the consequences of using such fight preparation tactics? Chris Eubank Junior was still able to win'.

To conclude: Conor Benn did show great competitiveness and determination in his performance vs Chris Eubank Junior I 'But the reason why I am not praising him now? Is because he refusing to challenge Chris Eubank Junior II at his best. The rematch should have really been made at 168 pounds, without any rehydration clauses'.

I will still back Chris Eubank Junior II to win the rematch 'Although I believe Eubank Junior fought a great fight in terms of throwing caution to the wind and applying pressure. Chris Eubank Junior skill for skill has the ability to win a fight against Conor Benn II much easier. So if Chris Eubank Junior makes the weight more optimally, and is in better condition. I expect him to produce a more systematic boxing performance' etc.

Agreed. It worked out better than expected as a standalone event, just leave it at that.

Benn should target one of the 9 welterweight belts available at 147.

Thank you. Benn is ducking real fights. I mean if he rather make money over legacy then I get it but come on man. Atleast fight a fair fight without a damn rehydration clause.

Eubanks should retire like Tyson Fury did rather than fight a rematch he is contracted and then comeback a 6 months late at 168 if they want the fight!

Or, alternatively, tell Fast Eddie and Conman Benn "164 with no rehydration clause". BBBC should refuse to licence the fight under the terms Conman and Hearn are trying to impose.

Eubanks should agree to it then come in 168 fight night, pay the fine and kick the crap out of him.
