I am aware of that but that fight still isnt in the books. Its July and nothing has been done since that fight in May. No new, news so you are going to have an undefeated champion coming off a knock out waiting almost a year? Come on now. What if lubin ducks the fight thats more time lost. Atleast put in a date in October or November.

Kathy Duva and Main Events are really dropping the ball. Murtazaliev should have capitalized on a big win like that instead of sitting on the shelf.

Its crazy man. The guy is Mu5lim too. They need to seat down with Turki like wtf. This is the best time to be a Mu5lim undefeated knock out artist look at Hamzah Sheeraz. This is wild. He could had fought Keith Thurman in June then put in a date for Lubin in November.

If lubin ducks this fight ( which is a high chance) he may not fight again this year the way its looking. Its already July. There's only 5 months left in the year. They messing up big time.

Not sure it's down to Main Events - likely they are being blocked by the other large promoters - nobody needs that work - that's what is wrong with boxing. Still, who is Murtazaliev's mandatory - the belt org should have set a date and gone down it's list of fighters - at least that way the champ gets to stay busy.

I am sure Main Events is doing everything in their power to get Murtazaliev big fights, but this is the nature of the sport nowadays, or should I say business?

This is a 50-50 fight, to be determined by how much the Murtazaliev fight took from Tszyu. I do imagine him boxing Fundora more tho, and let's not forget that he was not having much issues with the giant before the blood started flowing.
