Comments Thread For: The Beltline: Maybe now is a good time for Oleksandr Usyk to finally say ?no?

While there are many things to admire about Oleksandr Usyk, it is his willingness to say ?yes? to every challenge presented to him which has helped him both create a legacy and put the world in ?world heavyweight champion?.?

In or lose against Dubois, after the fight would be a good time for Usyk to hang them up.

The most vacuous article boxing scene has published yet.

Elliot couldn't write a decent shopping list ffs.

Usyk beat him twice, he calls the shots. Period.

Strange article "why is Usyk the B side"

Because he has little to no commercial value.

His one fight as champion "at home" was Dubois in Poland and it made pittence compared to his fights with AJ and Fury because they are commercial A Listers

Online hardcore's love Usyk but he speaks little English, doesn't score ko's which is a big negative for a heavyweight and is from the eastern bloc

He's travelled because that's how he makes money.

Completely agree with the sentiments of the lead article. Usyk should retire undefeated and let the rest scrabble for the selection of alphabet belts.

Usyk retiring undefeated would be bad for heavyweight boxing, it's better for the future of the sport that he goes out on his back.

Even Duck Dubois doesn't actually believe in winning this fight. He will fight scared again and get KO'd.

Why are you constantly sending this guy into retirement?
Who TF are you to tell him to retire?
And don't pretend his interests are more important to you than they are to him. He's old enough to know what's best for him.
