Floyd can never fight paul williams because floyd and roger knows it would be his 0 gone. He can easily force mayweather to come inside, because he would use his jab and out point him, mayweathers counter punching would not be effective against Williams. Thats why Floyd can never be the best welterweight of all time, he avoided to many Welters, he never fought any one with a longer reach than him, Paul Williams has got an incredible reach even if he moves up to Super middle he will outreach the dudes in the supersix.
