what they should do is have an 8 man normal tournament, less time commitment that way.
Mayweather, Pacquiao, Cotto, Mosley, Berto, Clottey, Margarito, and Williams.
If Williams doesn't want to be a welter than Hlatswayo or Collazo are two viable alternates. Also someone can come up from light welter like Tim Bradley or Khan.

and what also needs to happen is..let that be in local channels like ABC or NBC and make it seem amazing with good marketing etc..and let the final fight be an HBO PPV..I'm sure it could be a record breaker if this were to happen!..
