    Golovkin was not allowed to beat the franchise. He played soft for the money maker. It's clear he was pushing and pulling his punches especially in the third "fight."

        Yes that's what he had to do, otherwise he never gets the fight or the big money. I think he cleared $50-75m for those three "fights." If he kept fighting the C sides, $1m each. Every boxer would do the same. That's business. But don't forget, Golovkin tried for years to fight Canelo fair and square but the orange coward ran away.
