two americans lost the first round, that's a fact. another fact is that there's more money in an american audience than in a danish audience due to the huge difference in population. If america don't get to be no. 1 waving your flags telling everybody why you're the greatest at everything you guys simply don't watch something. That means a lot of money is being lost and tht also means a big possibily of Kessler being robbed.

I don't think there's more money in a Ward audience. Kessler's a much bigger star in Denmark than Ward is in the US regardless of population. Didn't Kessler have a fight in Copenhagen that attracted 45,000?? Ward can't draw anywhere close to that.

If Kessler's properly motivated for this, he should be able to handle Ward easily and won't need to worry about corrupt judging. I don't really think that last night was the robbery a lot of people are making it out to be. However, for those of you who do, won't you just perpetuate the problem by encouraging the judges to screw Kessler? Froch was trailing on two scorecards when he KOd JT so maybe last night's judges felt that was a screwjob and wanted to avenge it for Carl's sake. If that's the case, their attitude would be no different from that of the people calling for Kessler to be screwed.

Will Oakland, California give Kessler a fair shake, be classy and give him the fight if he was the better fighter?

Or will California try to one-it up with what was done to Dirrell, and rob Kessler even if Ward only wins 3 rounds and gets tagged with clean shots through the whole fight, and even wobbled?

Kessler will win this. And I'm pretty sure there will be riots at the arena in Oakland. I went to the last Ward fight against Miranda at the Oracle Arena and the people there were real rowdy and didn't really understand boxing at all. They just came to support their boy Ward.

I agree, all it takes is one robbery and the whole tournament is flawed. It was supposed to determine the best super middle but they messed it up.
