Will America Retaliate By Robbing Kessler?

Let's say Kessler gives a masterful performance against Ward, and it's such a great performance that a robbery is not even in the back of your mind.

Will Oakland, California give Kessler a fair shake, be classy and give him the fight if he was the better fighter?

Or will California try to one-it up with what was done to Dirrell, and rob Kessler even if Ward only wins 3 rounds and gets tagged with clean shots through the whole fight, and even wobbled?

What do you think they should do?

Ward should win outright but to make it worse they shouldnt give Kessler a round or when Ward throws one combo they should stop it a la Calzaghe/Manfredo.

I agree, all it takes is one robbery and the whole tournament is flawed. It was supposed to determine the best super middle but they messed it up.

I'm a Kessler fan so i hope he pulls it off, but i live here in the US so i would be happy if Ward wins. But if it does go to the scorecards i hope that Ward does not get a Hometown dec, if Kessler happens to deserve the dec.

Like i said two wrongs don't make a right, and boxing needs to start being fair somewhere.
