Castillo has been stopped on more than 1 occasion before. Corrales has to gain his respect and punch for punch, he's probably one of the hardest hitters in the game. Jose relies on accumulation punishment however if he's forced to back up he loses the most imp aspect of his gameplan. Diego needs to hit w/ impunity and hope he wears down his opponent. That being said, Corrales TKO 11

Are you sure you watch boxing? You seem to be heavily biased against Castillo or you just do not understand the state of the game. Corrales is highly ranked right now because of how he changed and adapted to Casamayor in order to beat him in a rematch. Casamayor is a very good fighter (one of my faves in fact).

Lazcano was simply a badass on a rampage when he met Castillo, and in fact many people felt Castillo would lose (including myself). Lazcano also had fierce sparring sessions with Casamayor in which he got the better of Casa on many occasions.

In conclusion, the Casa fight: I can only speak on the fact that many people feel that Casa was not robbed in that fight. From what I have seen, Casa started out well but got worn out and Castillo won. In any case, Castillo does deserve a top 10 ranking if he can beat Corrales.
He doesnt watch boxing unless its trinidad. He said it himself.

That right there is 5 who I he wouldn't and shouldn't be ranked higher than.
what if winky loses to tito?
and he beats corrales, which he will, i doubt corrales can take his pressure and power the way mayweather ate him up.

Yeah but most of catillos loses are a results of cuts, he has a history, diego has has it happen , but its not like he cuts easy, i think castillo can get stopped by corrales, corrales hits hard, even if i think he can prob beat corrales, but i dont know, i think its kind of 50/50.

He hasn't lost from a cut since 1998 and his quality of opposition has only been getting better. He's never been stopped any other way either, i just dont see corrales handling his power and pressure. Castillo by 9th round TKO unless corrales falls in love with him and hugs him like casamayor.

I didn't know they were all on cuts, sorry. Still, I believe Corrale's power will make the difference just because of Castillo's straight ahead style. I don't think Castillo hits much harder than Freitas if he even hits as hard. He just has adapted that never back down, never surrender attitude that just wears on you and breaks your will. Corrales is not easily broken as evidenced in loss to Mayweather tho despite thoroughly dominated continued getting up. In the 1st Casa fight he jus kept firing back despite also being down twice w/ a nasty cut inside his mouth and against Freitas he was outclassed thro 6 some odd rounds until he caught up w/ him. Gonna b a gr8 fight and i still stand by Diego TKO 11

Castillo hits hard enough to keep his opponents in check and Corrales won't be any different. Castillo by late stoppage after giving Corrales a beating.
