      Yes, any time.

I was in a rush when I posted earlier. Didn’t mean to imply that ONLY a fight night drug test failure merits a suspension and fine.

Even though you said Shane Mosley’s admitted PED use doesn’t disqualify him from ATG status because he didn’t fail a drug test while he was a Lightweight “at his best” ?

This entire thread needs to be tested. It has really looked at the rails and said " Nah, let's get off those bad boys"..

Two points: One, hair follicle being clean provides evidence that the clenbuterol was not in his system long enough to be of any benefit. Two, once it was discovered that Canelo had it in his system, NOTHING proves his innocence. Guilt on innocence has to do with intent. The point is to prove him guilty, not to prove him innocent. Perhaps the best way to deal with the use of PEDS is to sanction the athletes irrespective of their guilt or innocence.

First point, it doesn’t prove that.

All it proves is Clenbruetol was not detectable in his body for a long period of time. There are a number of reasons why that may be.

Second point, I agree. An athlete can’t be proved innocent at that point.

And they’re guilty as soon as the drugs are detected. Even IF it’s genuinely a mistake it’s both the athletes fault and problem.
