No he won't ever win a world title, who in their right mind would expect him to.
He in the game at least trying to develop or improve or quit!

Huni will be disappointed because he was winning the fight but heavyweight boxing for you and when a guy can really punch like wardley can you can get your lights turned out quickly. but Huni seemed to switch off a little in the last round or two before he got caught so that was a factor and you can’t do that against big punchers. As for Wardley we all know he’s not technically great which he’s not gonna be knowing his background and a good seasoned boxer will outbox him in rounds but he’s a really good athlete and he can crack so he can still turn a fight in his favour but I don’t see him beating top names. He could probably beat Pulev for the regular WBA. But I see guys like Parker,Kabayel,Dubois maybe even Itauma beating him

Awww Huni bro. You had him til you didn't...

And in the UK against a British boxer, you can't rely on the ref for a fair count after a knockdown. You pretty much need to be standing at 5!

It sure seemed strange how quickly the cameras cut away - didn't get to see Huni really at the end of the count. They never showed a replay of him at the end of count either. Didnt get to see what condition he was in, which I was very curious about because I didn't think he was really hurt that bad. The way he went down, he seemed totally cognizant and braced himself as he fell.

            But here's what I saw:

British guy, who's clearly losing, knocks down Australian.

Camera, instead of watching the actiin, totally switches to view the audience.

Camera only shows the ring again when ref is waving it off.

Now he obv was caught with a good shot. But why didn't we get to see how he tried to get up. He was standing when the ref was waving.

Weird. Ive never seen a camera pan to the audience when a fighter is down.

FFS, that was so impressive from Huni. He was on the way to really announcing himself in the division. Huni's movement, his feints, his disguised attacks were exceptional. The only thing you could really say is that he landed enough to have stopped Wardley - either Wardley's chin is exceptional, or Huni isn't hitting hard enough for this division.

It's pretty hard to make a story about Wardley. He showed every limitation he has and that was a fluke right hand that landed and got him out of a certain defeat. He can claim he dug in and found a way to win, but it looked more like he'd given up and got lucky.

If he goes on to replicate Wilder's career > win a world title and defend it multiple times then that would be amazing - but it won't happen - he's more hit-able than Wilder and not such a menace.
Just stop with that gymnastics. Nobody cares how many times Wilder defended his paper title.

And Wardley is 1 punch away of becoming a titlist him self. All he needs is one big punch at 40+ old Pulev and Usyk retirement which will likely happen next year.

                  Yep.

                  He is Wilder 2

Quick count from bias referee who didn't give Wardley one warning for holding. This said, Huni gonna want to kick himself. He had done all the work, just had to cash the check. Trips on his way to the bank... Sad for him. Lack of experience I guess.

Wardley with some Rocky movie stuff tonight. Huni got too comfortable and sure of himself and BAM , a bomb detonated on his chin. Wardley hung tough even though he was taking a beating , knowing that all he needed was for Huni to make a mistake. Well done Mr. Wardley.
