I believe a prime Pac was too fast and too awkward for Floyd. Floyd knew it too. When he spoke about Pac at that point you could see the hesitation clearly. Pac was a different animal even at the end of his prime and Mayweather wanted zero part of him. I like Floyd and he is a great defensive fighter. But during those negotiations when he started bringing up more drug testing he would basically go kn defensive rants about how he had to protect his health. LOL.

Manny has never failed a drug test and he got bigger over time, there was zero reason for any of that. Floyd knew there was a good chance he would get stopped. 100%.
Manny cant stop JMM hes not stopping the greatest defensive fighter of all time

he might have won a close decision based on activity or out working floyd but hes not winning on KO

Lets not forget it was Pac/Arum that ended 2009 negotiations, not floyd. Pac wanted 2 week window of no blood draws before the fight, which is non standard for "random" drug testing.

Pac/Arum again were the ones who ended another round of negotiations one of the following years because they said an entire stadium had to be built.

when they finally fought, they fought at MGM not the stadium and they fought with full normal random drug testing. So when they finally fought it was with atleast 2 conditions that pac previously refused. And when they finally fought Floyd won easily in 1st gear it wasnt even in his top 7 hardest fights.

But for some reason people say Floyd would get stopped and he was super scared when he was not the one that backed out of negotiations

Floyd is his own boss until it's time for accountability. Then it's everybody else's fault.

yeah and they disagreed and Pac backed out of negotiations.

Pac requested non standard "random" drug tests when he was guaranteed a 2 week window of no blood test. no other fighter in random testing gets that concession. Pac could have merely agreed to the samd standards of testing every other fighter under goes and then would have had his chance to prove he was better in 2009 but he declined that opportunity

Obviously Pac would have crushed him but Floyd wanted to use some special testing as a tactic to stall the fight because he wasn't sure he could win.

          @ the bold

I'll ask you a question only 5% of NSBers are brave enough to answer (I made a poll and it's hysterical).......

Would YOU ever avoid RANDOM BLOOD TESTS. If "Hell Yes I would" is your answer, why ?
          Bonus question -
          How much shlt would you give May if the following words left his mouth;
"The truth is taking blood out of my body does not seem natural to me and mentally I feel it will weaken me if blood is taken from me just days before the fight. That does not make sense to me why anyone would do that. These accusations of me using any performance enhancing supplements are totally unwarranted and unjustified."

          I do not anticipate answer

Lol. He didn't have to fully concede to a last minute Floyd demand that was based on su****ion no real proof of ped use

He agreed to the 14 day cutoff but Floyd was too scared kept moving the goalposts

Why would I give in to the demands of some guy who is just as famous as me if I am Pac and who can't even read? Floyd ducked prime Pac regardless of him beating diminished Pac much later. Face it, Floyd wasn't that great since he fought a pretty even fight with Maidana of all people in their first meeting. Maidana a guy Devon Alexander shutout 10-0 with no trouble at all.

Floyd wouldn’t just KO Pacquiao in the first round if they fought in 2009, he’d make Manny look like a sparring dummy. Floyd’s skill level is galaxies above, same way Crawford makes his opponents look like weekend trainees.
