I thought Foster won both fights against Conceicao, but besides those and the Vargas fight his resume is pretty thin. Fulton is much more battle tested; the question is whether he will be as effective at 130 pounds. Should be a fun fight to watch, rooting for Fulton but I have nothing against Foster either.
