Junto wants rafael espinoza fight, says naoya can challenge junto for 126-pound title

LOS ANGELES — The tag team tandem of The Ring's 2024 Fighter of the Year Finalist, Junto Nakatani, and The Ring’s Trainer of the Year finalist, Rudy Hernandez, realizes that they have to blaze their trail and not necessarily wait for their night against Naoya Inoue.

Rather see Inoue clean up the last of 122, wait for either Junto or Bam to move up, and then call it a career.

126 might be a step too far for Monster.

I think mostly he knows Inoue intends to fight Ball at 126 in December if he beats Akhmadaliev, so he figures he has a better chance of getting the next Inoue fight if Inoue doesn't have to cut back down to 122.

Nakatani beats Inoue at 122 or 126 IMO.

No way in hell. Nakatani gets hit way, way too much. Yabuki had him on dream street.
