Eddie is addicted to washed up old heavyweights.

If he walks wilder down like he did Fisher last week I can see him tearing up wilder's body with hooks before eventually landing his patented overhand right which could be fight ending for wilder.

Lets just say if they were to fight, taking wilder's age into account as well I'd be placing a medium sized stake on Allan to get the KO.

I think that it's a good bet , great if you get some odds too.

This is a simple case of Eddie putting Wilder in front of the Brits to drum up interest in his dream fight while AJ recovers from his elbow surgery. Wilder is fighting at the lowest level possible in his next fight and should look spectacular. A slightly harder night against Allen to build the stamina....and then on to the big show between the best 2 heavyweight has beens left.

It must be painful for Hearn to watch Warren stage Usyk vs DD at Wembley while Hearn's best offer is Dave Allen vs Wilder.

Good call. This is definitely PPV-worthy and I'm happy to fork over the $899.00 for it.
It might even go into OT but more likely Wilder wins by two touchdowns and a field goal.

If Wilder does not get that early knockout, that all sounds possible, but it seems we both feel that, one way or the other, Wilder gets the job done, and definitely with a solid undercard, $899 would be a steal for such a bout. Nash out - His Majesty

I get that Allen has a bit of momentum again now and Wilder is getting old, but still, I cant buy into it as a competitive fight.

Sure, the ancient Bomber will catch Dave Allen and knock him spark out.
But I don't want to see James Toney in a wrestling match. I don't want to see Rid**** Bowe in a kickboxing fight, and I really don't want to see Wilder fight again at 40, after 48 pro fights and 14 years at the top of the sport.

Not even convinced that he'll look good against 24-5 Herndon in June.
