Nonito Donaire, Chocolatito Gonzalez, Vasiliy Lomachenko, Donnie Nietes, Juan Francisco Estrada, Kosei Tanaka, and Kazuto Ioka all have better resumes than Beterbiev or Bivol and they're all still fighting. So anyone with a win over those guys has a win over a surefire Hall of Famer.
