    Emanuel Steward was the GOAT

A lot of you newbies probably don't really understand what a beautiful fabulous incredible ambassador Emanuel Steward was for boxing. The sport has not been the same since he passed about a decade ago. Not only was he an incredible trainer of so many world champions but he also took two written off former heavyweight champions and rebuilt them into all time greats (Lennox Lewis and Wladimir Klitschko). Here is a solid feature about Emanuel that captures his wonderful essence. https://ringobserver.com/close-encou...anuel-steward/

I miss his commentary the most...he had a very high boxing IQ and eloquent way of speaking unlike most of the commentators today.

I like the fact that he wasnt bias. He kept it fair, no matter who the fighter is.

Agree, he was the best analyst, so many levels above these yappers today. He could make any fight, good or dull, more interesting because of his comments.

Truth. He had a lot of class too, he would never say crazy or ****** things, he respected all fighters. Even some of the guys he went against - Iran Barkley - adored him. The void left by Emanuel Steward will never and can never be filled.
