I like Morrell a lot, even more so after his loss to Benny. He hasn’t talked any s-hit or made any excuses that I’m aware of. Now he’s talking very sensibly about improvement and the future of his career. David appears to have what it takes to do well. Can he be a star? I don’t know. But his attitude is encouraging.

I like Morrell he is moving like a boss. While other top guys fight cab drivers for useless tune ups he is fighting a tough dangerous opponent coming off a loss. Very interested in this fight.

Khataev hasn’t really proved himself and his amateur is not of the most impressive but still will factor as a great W on Morrell’s record

For a guy with so few professional fights, Morrell hasn’t fu-cked around. He’s been very direct, very determined. Even now, his attitude seems rock-solid. David’s loss was mainly due to inexperience (not taking anything away from Benny). He’s gonna look better after a few more quality match-ups.
