  • If canelo is the face of boxing then boxing is in a bad place

How many times did the DAZN broadcast mention that canelo is the face boxing last weekend? The question asks if canelo is the face of boxing doesnt that mean boxing is in a bad state? I would say so since canelo refuses to take tough fights. Dazn can falsely promote this notion but its false and a lie by a script reading broadasting team.

I have said it many times. F.uck casuals. because of casuals we get fights nobody needs, like canelo - Crawford or Fury-Ngannou.

It's just a slogan and millennial obsession. This need to define an "absolute". Just ignore it.

In my mind, when people keep repeating the same things, I wonder "If it's true, then why are they trying so hard to convince me?"

Try looking at the world like that, and you'll realize lots of people are trying to get you on board with their flawed thinking, to have followers in their error, or just trying to sell you stuff.

I don't think he is the face of boxing. Surely that belongs to Inoue after his fight the other night.

for now, canelo is still the face of boxing.. you cant deny this... but depending on how Inoue performs for the rest of this year, will determine who's the face of boxing come next year.

nah.. not quite yet... canelo i still the main attraction. But Inoue have a good chance of being the face of boxing depending on how he ends this year.

Is he anymore? He clearly is the face of Mexican boxing. He still does more than anyone in North America.

He’s more like Inoue or Tank-big in a specific group.

IMO it isn’t like Usyk that is going to different countries selling out huge stadiums and arenas whoever he fights.

The face of Boxing has been vacant since Canelo got whooped by Bivol.

Monster Inoue's the #1 contender though..
